Transaction Amount
The amount paid by the User for a Transaction.
User
Any person using the products and/or services offered on the Platform.

4. Merchant's Rights
We may collect, store, and share the information provided by you for the purpose of:
- Delivering products or services.
- Contacting you regarding your transaction.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Delivery Address
- Age
- Gender
- Payment Information
- Any other information required to complete the transaction.
6. Prohibited Actions
You must not:
- Retrieve platform data without permission.
- Create databases using platform content.
- Create fake user accounts.
- Collect users' email addresses.
- Circumvent security features.
- Trick or defraud the Merchant.
- Submit false abuse reports.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or data-mining tools.
- Interfere with the Platform or its services.
- Impersonate another user.
- Harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Use the Platform to compete with the Merchant.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software.
- Bypass access restrictions.
- Harass employees or agents.
- Copy or modify the platform software.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Spam the Platform.
- Damage the Merchant's reputation.
- Use the Platform unlawfully.
7. Limitation of Liability
If you receive:
- A defective product,
- Poor service, or
- A product/service different from its description,
your sole remedy is to initiate the refund process, subject to the applicable refund policy.
The Merchant disclaims liability for any losses.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant, its affiliates, agents, and representatives against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
8. Guidelines for Reviews
When posting reviews:
You must:

You must not:

By posting a review, you grant the Merchant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, translate, display, perform, and distribute your review content.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall:
- Be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru.
- Be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Be conducted in English.
- Remain confidential.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Either party may seek appropriate injunctive relief from courts in Bengaluru.

11. Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
- Every transaction creates a legally binding contract.
- Payments must be made using legitimate sources.
- Accurate payment information must be provided.
- Payment information may be shared where legally required or for fraud prevention.
- The Merchant is not responsible for unauthorized use of your payment instrument.
- Payments are made at your own risk.
- The Merchant is not liable for transaction failures or authorization declines.
- Security credentials such as passwords or order IDs must be kept confidential.
